My name is Joost van Beem and I started JEB Interim Management in 2017.
I am an internationally and broadly skilled Senior Finance and Procurement Professional and have more than 25 years of experience.
In 1991 I started my career at KPMG where I served clients in various audit and consulting engagements for more than 12 years. I gained experience with Multinational companies, SME’s and Owner managed companies as well as with Venture Capital and Trust companies.
At Heineken I worked over 13 years in a fast growing and changing business at senior level. Over the years I developed a balanced focus between business result driven- and policy making activities which helped me to achieve short- and secure longer term results.
I am a finance business partner and people and change manager with a pragmatic attitude and can do mentality.
As Finance Director of the Heineken Global Procurement Company, I developed deep knowledge of procurement processes and operations and have also been responsible for centralisation of processes and activities. I also managed and supervised outsourcing of Finance processes, Procurement Operations, IT projects and SAP implementations.
